YesIMFit classes are live every day but Saturday. I broadcast these classes on the Zoom platform from my YesIMFit home studio! If you sign up for a class but can't make it, no worries, I will send a recording of the class for you to access at your convenience.

I also offer in-person Personal Training and small group trainings at my studio, Flex Fitness, in beautiful Evergreen, Colorado.

YesIMFit Group Classes 

P90X

P90X and INSANITY are programs from Beachbody that I have been certified to teach for over a decade. P90X was created by Tony Horton and it is a full body class using weights for upper and lower body strength work and includes segments of cardio and core. Expect to perform many classic weight room exercises while learning perfect form execution for safety and effective strength gains.

INSANITY

INSANITY was created by the inimitable Shaun T and is the quintessential HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout. We love to say we hate it because it is challenging and leaves you breathless but we ACTUALLY DO LOVE it for all of the amazing physical and cardiovascular transformation that it evokes. The post-INSANITY glow is unmistakeable!

TRX

TRX is a suspension system that was developed by Navy Seal, Randy Hettrick. The TRX straps are necessary for this class. Though I sometimes add cardio sets, TRX is primarily a strength exercise. Huge core strength gains can be seen quickly with TRX because almost every exercise involves using core muscles. I haven't met anyone who doesn't love TRX yet!  I am always happy to share a recording of class for anyone who is unfamiliar with this mode of exercise.

YESIMFIT

YesIMFit classes are my own creations. This is where I really get to let all of my exercise inspirations loose! I LOVE to create and experiment with timing, reps, stacks, combinations, flows. I really enjoy working in number of reps or against the clock so I often employ modalities such as HIIT, (high intensity interval training) VIIT (variable intensity interval training), EMOM (every minute on the minute), AMRAP (as many reps as possible). I enjoy changing things up for a booty and abs class or a ballet inspired, barre style class.
